What type of baseball is it?
We are a women's fast pitch league located in Dundas, Ontario. We welcome players from all over the GTA including Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster, Greensville, Flamborough area, and Waterdown.
How established is the league?
In 2020, our league will be 43 years old. We still have members playing from the early years. Teams are comprised of our veteran players and new players. Ages range from 18 to 55.

Who can Play?
If you are a woman who is 18 at the time of your first scheduled game (mid-May), then you are eligible to play.
What skill level is required? We have players of all skill levels, from beginner right up to pro-ball.
I haven't played for several years. Will I fit in?
Certainly. We encourage everyone from all types of baseball backgrounds to join our league. Even if you haven't played softball (fast pitch) before, why not give it a try. Coaches, team reps, fellow players and opponents would love to help teach you the fun game you've been missing.
Where are the games?
All the games are played at the Dundas Driving Park located in Dundas Ontario.
How many games are there? Each team plays 16 regular season games, followed by the playoffs. Every team gets a chance to play in the play offs.
What time are the games?
Games will vary weekly based on the schedule for your team.
Mondays: 6:30pm or 8:30pm, Thursdays: 6:30pm or 8:30pm, Fridays: 7:00pm, Sundays: 4:00, 6:00pm or 8:00pm.
How many umpires?
There are normally two umpires at each game. One as the home umpire and the second as the base umpire.

The registration fee includes a banquet?
Yes. In October or November, we hold a league banquet. Your ticket is free. We have music, food, prizes, and team/player awards. You can bring a guest(s) which will need to purchase a ticket but they are only $10.00-$15.00.
How do you ensure a fair and well organized league?
Our Executive meets once every month to discuss the league status. We make sure every aspect that makes our league run smoothly is addressed. Each team has an executive member and a team representative which act as a liaison between the players and the Board. Please see our Constitution for a detailed understanding of our rules and regulations.
How many teams are there and how do play offs work?
Currently, we have 9 teams. The top eight teams after the regular season standings proceed to the play offs. They are seeded (ex. 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, etc.) Play offs are played in a tournament style. Play offs usually start just after the Labour Day weekend. Depending on how far your team advances, you could be playing until mid to late September.
Please note: A player MUST play 50% (8 games) of the regular season to be eligible to play in the play offs.
