Registering with the DWSA

NOTE: There is currently a waitlist to join the league as we are over halfway through the 2018 season. If you are registering online, please email dwsacontact@gmail.com to notify us that have registered online and we will place you on the wait list accordingly.

Step 1:
Read the waiver

Step 2:
Fill out the registration form. This can be done online or on paper.

Step 3:
Complete payment via cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Cheques are to be made out to DWSA. E-transfer to dwsapayment@gmail.com.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit at this time.

​Alternative Ways to Register

Returning players: Pre-register with your team rep to ensure your spot on your team. You may complete registration online or download the form and submit with payment to your team representative.

If you are a new player and you know someone that is already registered in the DWSA league, you can arrange to register through them with your registration form and $140.00 fee by cash or cheque.
